As the founder of Synergy Massage and Wellness, I, RanDee Anshutz, am committed to creating a space where individuals can connect with themselves, my team of providers, and each other. This connection is at the heart of our approach, as I firmly believe that it is through these connections that we learn, understand, and grow.

With over 28 years of experience in healthcare, I have come to realize that nothing is more powerful than connection. As a massage therapist with 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with countless individuals, each with their unique body story. Through my work, I listen to these stories, echoing back what I hear so that we may recognize the wisdom within and learn from the experience of living in our bodies.

My journey began at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, where I studied massage therapy and worked under physical therapists to gain knowledge on treatment for injury rehabilitation. This foundation laid the groundwork for my future work in public health, hospitals, clinical settings, and private practice nutrition.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate their unique health journeys. However, I have come to realize that the traditional weight loss paradigm is often misguided and can cause more harm than good. Instead, I believe that a self-care practice rooted in compassion and intuition can lead to improvements in metabolic health, regardless of body size.

At Synergy Massage and Wellness, we specialize in promoting Health at Every Size (HAES) and resuming body trust. We recognize that the pursuit of weight loss or controlling one's body size is often counterproductive and can be harmful. Instead, we focus on empowering individuals to develop a positive relationship with their bodies, cultivating compassion and intuition.

As a Certified Body Trust Specialist, I am committed to helping individuals break free from the cycle of dieting and restrictive behaviors. My team and I use evidence-based practices to support our clients in developing a deeper understanding of their unique needs and promoting overall well-being.
